This document contains the General Conditions of Sale governing the purchase of products through the website at https://www.basepadelmilano.it hereinafter also referred to as "Site". The new terms of sale will be effective from the moment of their publication.
This agreement between the Seller and the Customer is concluded by sending the order confirmation to the Customer by the Seller in the manner and terms indicated in the following Article. The conclusion of the contract implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the Customer. If the Customer is a consumer once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these General Conditions of Sale, in compliance with the rules on distance sales. If the Customer does not intend to accept the General Conditions of Sale, he must not proceed with the sending of the order at the end of the purchase path on the Site. In case of non-acceptance of the order, the Seller guarantees timely communication to the Customer. The Seller purchases directly from the Supplier every Product available on the Site.
The products will be sold at the prices in force at the time of the order by the Customer. The prices of the Products are inclusive of taxes and net of delivery costs that are counted separately before the conclusion and dispatch of the order.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal on Products purchased on the Site without any penalty and without specifying the reason, returning to the Seller all or part of the Products purchased. The will to exercise the right of withdrawal must be manifested within the period of 15 days, starting from the day on which the Customer or a representative of the same (other than the courier) has acquired the possession of the Products. Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer has communicated his decision to withdraw from the Contract, the Customer shall send the Products duly packed to the Seller by courier chosen by the Customer.

From the moment the Customer places an order on the Site, the time required for the preparation and shipment of the Products depends on the availability of the same. If during the execution of an order one or more products are no longer available, because they are out of stock or unavailable, the Seller will inform the Customer with an e-mail, the order will be updated with the elimination of the Products not available. If the Products purchased by the Customer show any lack of conformity with the sales contract, pursuant to the provisions of the law the Customer may request the replacement of the same (Legal Warranty). The Seller will send the Customer the data for the return of the goods. The Seller may not accept the returned goods for which the Customer has not obtained the authorization for the return by the Seller. The costs for the shipment of defective products to the Seller shall be borne by the Seller. This contract is governed by the Italian Law for the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this Contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of his Municipality of residence.
